Foundation Development Officer
Horizon Health Care is seeking a full-time Foundation Development Officer.
Reporting directly to and working closely with the Executive Director, this is an ideal opportunity for a proven nonprofit fundraiser who's motivated to work collaboratively in pursuit of big goals.
The Development Officer will work to establish a robust and engaged donor pipeline to diversify and grow long-term fundraising efforts.
Employee will manage a portfolio of prospective and current donors across Horizon's footprint with expectations to travel up to 60% of the time to meet with donors.
Position can be hybrid position.
Bachelors degree with 1-3 years experience preferred, but not required.
